- Key architect for the 2W2 and 2M0, Missile Maintenance, EDT process; developed progression paths through key developmental and leadership positions required for the successful development of nuclear weapons and missile maintenance leaders; authored, staffed, and obtained Senior Leader approval for the 2W2 EDT Charter; used by AF/A1 as a template for all nuclear enlisted EDTs
- Implemented personnel management actions for over 800 nuclear weapons technicians; established guidance for personnel classification, utilization, career development, education, and training
- Chaired and co-chaired multiple conferences, including Senior Munitions Manager’s Conferences, Training Workshops, Technical Interchange Meetings, and Business Process Reviews
